I removed this cotton bud tip with crocodile forceps this morning.. It had detached from the stick. This caused our lovely patient extreme pain, hearing loss and nausea. She went to A&E and even they couldn't help. We offer emergency appointments. Needless to say she wont be using them again! Please don't ever use them, theyre proven to be dangerous. The only thing you should use to clean your ears is weekly olive oil spray.
